Six Kuban enterprises were included into the Forbes annual rating of 200 wealthiest private companies operating in Russia. The ranking was made based upon the volume of revenues according to the internal and open data of the company. In general, Forbes analytics underscored the decrease in the level of revenues of Russian companies amidst Covid restrictions.
According to the data of the Russian branch of the publication, Krasnodar PJSC «Magnit» took the third position among national companies in terms of the revenues. Over the year 2020 the retailer earned 1.554 trillion rubles.
Other companies representing Krasnodar region appeared to be significantly lower in the rating. Thus, automobile holding «SBSV-Keyauto» ranked 108 (revenues made 103.7 billion rubles). Afipskiy Oil Refinery Plant (ORP) moved up to rank 121 (+ 1 position), revenues of the enterprise made 93.6 billion rubles.
The revenues of company LLC «Slavyansk ECO» made 78.5 billion rubles. It secured 143 rank in the list for the company.
For the first time ever, Oil Refinery Plant «KNGK-INPZ» (Il’skiy ORP) was included into the rating. Regardless the fact that the company reduced its annual revenue by 20.9 billion rubles (64.1 billion in 2020), it secured 165 rank for the company in the rating.
OJSC «Firm «Agrocomplex» named after N.I.Tkachev (178 rank) moved up 7 levels in the top list. Over the past year the enterprise generated revenue worth 57.3 billion rubles.
The list contained the companies, the controlling interest of which is privately owned (more than 50%).
«Data provided by the companies were taken as a baseline for measuring revenues. The data of FTS of Russia and Rosstatistics exposed in SPARK system are also used», as reported by Forbes.
In 2020 seven Kuban companies were placed in Forbes rating. In particular, «Neftegasindustry» andc PJSC «Novorossiysk Maritime Commercial Port» withdrew from the list.
