The Dinskaya district to present an agrarian mega-project
The municipal formation Dinskaya district of Krasnodar region offers to implement a large-scale investment project "Construction of a raw milk processing workshop".
The agrarian mega-project for the construction of a raw milk-processing workshop anticipates that the workshop will take in raw milk, pasteurize it, expose to further processing and subsequently merchandize pasteurized milk and sour cream. The workshop will have its own raw material base – a livestock-breeding complex with a milking herd of 1,200 heads of cattle. The estimated capacity of the enterprise – 3,000 liters of produce per day. It is planned to improve the production of milk in polythene bags by volume of 1 liter, sour cream in polythene bags by volume of 0.25-0.5 liters or in glasses of the same volume.
A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 505.1 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 76 new jobs.
A land plot of 21,850.49 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Staromyshastovskaya village. There is a local road, Dinskaya- Staromyshastovskaya (2.2km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 20 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Dinskaya Cossack village is 24 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 20 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Staromyshastovskaya is 2.7 km, to the Krasnodar airport Airport is 49 km.
